Beeston Methodist Church Helping Citizens Advice

Home » Beeston Methodist Church Helping Citizens Advice

On Sunday 15th September representatives from Citizens Advice Broxtowe were invited to the morning service to receive a significant donation from Beeston Methodist Church. Throughout the year the congregation held fundraising activities for two chosen charities, including Citizens Advice.

Our Chief Executive, Sally Bestwick received a cheque for over £7,000 towards work with vulnerable clients. We are piloting and early intervention project that seeks to keep people from crisis and provide mentoring that is designed to improve well-being and deliver equality of outcomes.

We would like to thank all the members of the Methodist Church who worked hard and gave generously.
