Once again we will be attending the Beeston Carnival. This year we shall focus on making sure you know about the range of services we provide and make sure you know how to access them. More details will be announced soon.
The carnival is always a good opportunity to speak with local people who have used our service and learn about their experience of receiving help from us. We also like to encourage people who have not sought help from us before to think about how we can help them when they need it.
Many people people do not realise that we are an independent local charity that needs your support, either by way of donations or as a volunteer, so please feel free to talk to us about getting involved.
There will be loads of information resources available on the day to take away. We will have displays that tell you about our services that include:
Core (general advice)
Universal Credit – Help to Claim
Mental Health Support
Europe Direct (including help for EU citizens living in the area)
Our Research and Campaigns Work.
Come along and chat to us on the day.
